Self bearing design of cylinder, which is made by hand welding throughout with metal band strips, which is more sturdy and reliable. More over the linear load can be applied up to 12 KN/m.

Construction of cylinder is spiral wound designed, and it is normally operated with single wire.

Possible the smooth flow at cylinder, improved cleaning and uniform sheet formation of board quality.

Prescient of roundness and straight across the length, ideal for cylinder mould machine.

We can also offer with acid proof synthetics wire.

Due to wide open area of cylinder, it is also useful as a thickening cylinder.
